Matt coached and worked with my daughter at a young age and taught her Very strong basic skills. He also taught her a excellent work ethic which has stuck with her over the years and has helped push her to the next level. Thank you Matt.

Attention to details and creating a good foundation for athletes.

My daughter was relatively new to the game when Coach Matt came into our lives. She was doing ok for a beginner, and then Coach Matt poured into her. He took my daughter from “just okay” to helping her prepare to be scouted for college in less than a year. With Coach Matt’s help, her swing went from “barely making contact” to knocking them out of the park. He helped her go from maybe being on the junior varsity roster to a regular starter on the varsity team. He transformed her fielding skills and pitching skills and helped her to believe in herself more than ever before. She always looks forward to her time with Coach Matt, and that means more to me as a parent than I could ever begin to express. My daughter has a real future playing college ball, and I can guarantee that wouldn’t have happened without the help of Coach Matt. Thank you Coach!!!

I have not trained at Ignite however I have coached and worked with Matt for over 8 years. He is a master of the technical component and more importantly an excellent and compassionate communicator. Can’t wait to get to Ignite someday soon!

Coach Matt has been working with my daughter for almost a year now and her game has taken off. She has gained a ton of confidence both offensively and with her infielding skills. Her travel ball coach keeps saying she has the best hands and feet on the team. Thanks coach Matt!
