About Joe

I was once a ALL American record setting college baseball player and now have been a certified personal trainer for 6 years. I like to teach clientele how to use dumbbells the right way and I also like to teach people proper baseball technique at the plate and in the field

I enjoy seeing people do what they never thought they could in a body they never thought they'd have-its also a pleasure to see progress playing baseball.

I survived a significant injury which pushed me within an inch of my life. My goal of returning to the college baseball field was met after time spent training the right way! Ask me!

About the lesson

I like to first ask them questions about their workout, gym history or their baseball history and then guague where they stand skill set wise and gradually progress them from that point on to reach whatever goals' my newest client might have
