Our son has been working with Tom for the last 3 years. The experience has been great. He has done lessons, teams, and additional work that happens in the margins. Tom has taken plenty of time outside of lessons and practice to review video, give advice, or just check in and provide some accountability. From a baseball standpoint, I would argue there isn’t any one more knowledgeable about the game and more importantly what it takes to play in HS/College and beyond. We also value the life skills that our son has developed through Team AZ. Over the years the message has been consistent and from many different voices, from college coaches to big league players to mental skills folks and more. The opportunities my son has, would not be possible without the work he has done with Tom.

Tom has been an amazing coach. His knowledge and drills have really improved my daughter’s hitting abilities. We have seen a big improvement in how she hits!!!

Tom had a disciplined and detailed approach to helping my 13 year old daughter develop and enhance her swing. His private lessons as well as his available camps during spring and summer breaks have greatly helped her improve as a hitter. She hits for much more substantial power and has increased her batting average by over .200 points as a result of Tom’s coaching.

Tom is an expert in his field. Very easy to work with and treats my daughter with respect even when making corrections. I have recommended Tom to anyone and everyone looking for lessons.

We have been seeing Tom for pitching lessons for a couple years now. He has transformed my daughter's swing completely, and has helped with her confidence. She went from the bottom of the lineup to the 3rd or 4th batter. Definitely recommend.

My daughter started working with Tom to develop and improve her hitting skills. Within the first few lessons we were able to see considerable improvement in her basic mechanics and in her understanding of what makes up a “really good swing”. He provides her with drills to work on at home to keep her accountable. He also provides opportunities to sign up for additional hitting camps during school breaks that have given her even more time for development. My son looks forward to his weekly sessions and has made significant improvements at the plate. Tom is a fantastic hitting instructor. He’s been working with my daughter for the past two years and she’s become the lead home run hitter on her team. I coach a club softball team and I refer all of my girls to Tom. I had him come out this week and do a hitting clinic with all of my team and I saw a huge improvement with their hitting in our game last night!
