About Zac
Been coaching baseball since I was 19 years old. Took a program from below .500 to .500 ball the first year. Now they are in their last year of summer baseball before legion and they are 9-4. One year as an assistant coach at Camp Point Central Junior High and been a head coach for 4 years. Can coach all facets of the game. I am a Junior High PE Teacher now at Sparta Lincoln and enjoy helping the youth achieve their goals.
I began coaching at 19 while in College.
I have 4 years worth of Head Coaching experience and 1 year of Assistant Coaching experience

My process is to ask what the student wants to work on and then making sure I have everything to maximize the quality of time spent. Everything is one on one.
I have worked with players from the age of 8 years old to 16 years old. Most of my time is spent with boys from 12-14 years old.
When coaching hitting and pitching there are things that are unique to every player and as a coach I adjust how I explain things to fit the players norm.
The best event I’ve had as a coach is I was coaching a player who had special needs and he received a double in the end of the season tournament for his first ever hit.
