About Christopher
Hi! For over 20 years I’ve been a baseball coach for athletes 6-18 years old. As a former D-1 Collegiate athlete and Semi-Pro level baseball player, it’s my passion to share my knowledge of the game with players of all ages through 1-on-1 and small group instruction.
Whether you’re a pitcher, catcher, infielder, outfielder, or just want help perfecting your swing at the dish - RBI NY is the place for you!
Each athlete will receive elite instruction for their specific position, an in-season and off-season strength, agility and conditioning program specific to their body type and position, learn the mental aspect of baseball (“the game within the game”), including developing an approach to the game.
All athletes receive a pre and post-evaluation tracking speed, quickness, arm strength and VELO, grip strength, and core stability.
All sessions are recorded and reviewed with the athlete to track their progress and assist them in achieving and surpassing their goals. Recorded sessions can also be used for High School and Collegiate recognition/admission, and Professional Highlight Reels.
I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals.
