About Connor
Hey there! Welcome to Optimal Baseball Training. My name is Connor Aoki. I am a former Division 1 baseball player at Binghamton and USC. My goal is to pass the knowledge I’ve gained down to the younger generation. Specializing in: Hitting, Catching, Pitching, and Strength/Speed/Agility. Currently, I’m doing speed/agility training on Mondays at Recreation Park in El Segundo. Let me know if you’d like to try a lesson out for your aspiring ball player.
