After giving lessons for a few years, I have noticed how important it is for pitchers to not only develop the proper mechanics at a young age, but to also develop functional strength by training the whole athlete. Every muscle of the body must be trained properly to get the perfect outcome a pitcher needs. I have a strong desire to develop young pitchers while giving them the best information possible. I also pride myself on giving them every ounce of passion I have for the game of baseball which is why I decided to continue designing the FIT THROWER. Injuries have plagued me throughout my playing career and I felt pairing with a physical therapist would maximize the information and access that I can pass on to the players and parents I work with. The FIT THROWER is designed to evaluate each element of the body so that nothing gets overlooked. We are striving to deliver a complete program to you that will help your child grow into a well-rounded athlete, decrease the risk of future injury while also increasing command and velocity. Thank you for trusting D Lake Training to help your child develop confidence, a consistent work ethic, and life skills that expand far beyond the game.
