About Tyler

We provide personalized training where and when you need us! BraveHeart teaches First Aid, CPR and AED training, as well as the Babysitter's Training and Pediatric CPR classes for tweens and teens. Whether it's certification for your job or a social event with a group who just want to know some basic skills, we can accomodate you, and customize the cost, time, and location for you.

The lead instructor is a certified, experienced teacher, whose passion for helping others learn how to save a life is evident in the feedback from her students, and the repeat business from schools, coaches, and businesses who request her when they need to recertify their staff. Tyler has two BA degrees, has taught in 3 school districts, is a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross, and has been certified in CPR for decades!

She recently traveled to a college in Wyoming, and a reservation in Utah, to train their staff. She received an award from the PTA at a local elementary school, after hosting their 10th annual training for students at their school. She makes the classes comfortable and enjoyable, while helping participants feel confident in their skills, and prepared to know what to do in the event of an emergency. I enjoy working with groups and people of all ages and from different businesses and backgrounds, and love empowering them with new skills. I literally get to teach people how to help save a life!

I have a teaching degree and am certified in K-12 education, and have worked with children, adults and seniors. I have worked with coaches and high school classes, scout groups, church groups, industrial work settings and more. I've been a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross for many years, have co-owned our family business since 2009, and value continuing education.

About the lesson

We will find a mutual date and location that works for both of us. You generally get a better cost if you have a group of people to take the class with you. The amount depends on your location, and your distance from Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

I generally follow the Red Cross pricing (you can check out their fees on redcross.org), and then add 'extras' or a group discount. I also come to your location at no additional cost, as long as you have a minimum number of participants. For entities like schools and public libraries, I have an attractive program fee for your course offerings.
