Essential River Services delivers mobile and on-site CPR, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, AED, and safety training with nationally recognized certifications through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, and ASHI. Founded and led by Kretena “Tena” Hunter, a healthcare professional with over 20 years of medical experience and 15 years as a licensed nurse, the team emphasizes hands-on instruction grounded in real-world practice. Training options include fully on-site/mobile classes at businesses, schools, churches, organizations, and homes; sessions at the company’s location; and blended learning that pairs online coursework with in-person skills verification. Live Zoom-based classes are available for new and expecting parents.
Program offerings include CPR/AED, First Aid, Pediatric First Aid & CPR AED, BLS Provider, ACLS certification and recertification, and Bloodborne Pathogens. The company also provides AED sales, group discounts, and certification renewals. Special events such as the “CPR & Chill” couples CPR date night offer an engaging way to learn life-saving skills.
