About Rachel
CPR and First Aid training from a professional firefighter and paramedic! I provide realistic and relevant training. My classes are fun and educational. After completing my training courses, you will leave feeling empowered, confident and ready to save a life!
I have been a paramedic/firefighter for 10 years, working at a busy department. My experiences at the fire department play a role in how I teach my classes.
I have been teaching CPR for 5 years at a local hospital. I started my own training business to reach individuals and businesses in my community.
I also teach Stop The Bleed classes (this is my favorite!) This is graphic course, but the skills taught can be applied at work, home or your hobbies.
