About Joseph

Heart n Hustle is an organization that not only helps players get better on the court but also off the court. We pride ourselves in trying to get every player that trains with us to be able to make their basketball team for their school, receive a basketball scholarship, and make it to the pros whether it is the NBA or playing overseas.

We also have a video production company called B.E.A.S.T. Production that can give players more exposure throughout social media and college or pro scouts.

I am a college graduate that graduated with my bachelor in Sports and Exercise Science at The University of Central Florida. I've played one year of college basketball at The University of Maine-Augusta but decided to not play anymore and dedicate myself into the training side because of injuries I constantly always had to battle. So I've transfer to UCF and graduated there because I've wanted a better knowledge on how I am able to take care of my athletes and being able to keep them healthy through a whole season and in their future careers.

My instagram is makeorbreak_joe

I've always been asked to help players out with their workouts and then I've decided why not make this a living since I've put so much passion into what I do.

I usually like to throw advance concept to to be able to evaluate their skill level but also give them an insight on things they've never seen before and my teachings behind it.

I've worked with my top level high school players, a couple of overseas players, and a couple of players that are either mid major or low major division 1 college players.

my advice is just pick a instructor or trainer that you feel most comfortable with a you have similar compatibilities with each other because a relationship with your trainer is very important because it's the key to your success and growth.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Questions they should ask are where do they think they are at and where are they actually at? This really tells you where the student head is at if they are able to answer these questions truthfully.
