About Flor

I will develop a training plan to meet your needs. I will do the necessary research and am able to adjust as needed. I have coached youth sports for a number of years but I want to focus on basketball as I feel it is the sport that I can contribute the most in since I have been playing basketball my entire life.

Teaching the basics of a game I have loved my entire life. My goal is to help students continue to improve their skills and their love of basketball.

I really enjoy coaching youth basketball and found that teaching the fundamentals of the game give me fulfillment and I want to help others become better.

My training is informal as a youth basketball coach currently and in the past.  I have loved the game of basketball my entire life so I have a passion for teaching those that want to get better.

I would like to know what areas they want to work on and then I develop a plan based on those areas.  If I need to develop a plan, I start with the basics the proceed from there.

None yet but I am excited to get started.

Look for someone that wants to teach and will help you achieve your goals.

My current 6th/7th grade girls team earning two close victories this season-one in overtime and one with last second free throws.  The biggest takeaway from this is that my team did not give up and supported each other, two very important aspects of youth team sports.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Why do you want to get better at basketball?

What areas do you think you should improve and work on?
