About Jason
We offer the tools to get better in all aspects of the sports. We have a full basketball gym with 5 basketball rims and a full weight room. I'm a former NBA trainer and i can say the tools to do intense ploy metric workouts makes us a vital stepping stone into taking your athletic talent to the next level... I myself, being a former NFL player, enjoy the different things that this gym has to offer. I've been many places and this is by far one of the best places to workout.
The most rewarding thing about what I do is seeing kids excel. The smile that comes with that is life changing for a kid.
I'm a college graduate. I say this first because for any kid that i train i always want them to know the importance of education. Secondly, I'm a former NFL player. I've trained at many different gyms from coast to coast. The experience gave me a blueprint to how I wanted to train others.
