About Ron
I take a more psychological approach to learning... I train based on game like situations.
i love the look in the childs eye when he/she accomplishes something new. My joy comes from watching a player realize that he/she can improve with measurable small incremental steps.
I was asked by a friend to help conduct a summer basketball camp for 8-10 year olds.
I've been training and coaching basketball for over 10 years, from Middle School to Varsity level competition. I'm currently completing my degree in Physchology(Human Beahvior).

I try to talk to the parent and child together and indiviually. We talk about personal goals, as it pertains the students overall performance, and what, if any, the goals of the school team's coach.
I've worked with elementary aged up to college bound seniors. My primary focus within the club team I coach for, Team Ichiban, is to develop the lesser skilled players for preparation for varsity competition.
Look for a teacher that recognizes player strengths, as well as their weaknesses.
