When I work with students we always start out with footwork and  agility  then we move on to skills and drills and then we will end will conditioning

The students I work with are in the age group from kindergarten to 12th grade

The advise I would give a student is things just don’t happen over night it takes time hard work and  dedication  and for you to put in work on your own to be the best

the most recent event I am fond of is when I help my old coach coach his 4th grade team to a championship

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The questions should think through before asking a teacher about there needs are what do I need to work on

how much progression do I want to make

am I going to give it my all
