About Josh

Hello my name is Joshua Ervin and I have been training for over a decade. I've trained players of all ages, sizes, positions, and skill sets. I am very hands on. A lot of trainers tell you what to do but don't show you how. I will always show you exactly what needs to be done. I believe the greatest gift I can give to you is confidence, I will always encourage you!

Background-

2003-07 College- Texas A&M University Corpus Christi (Starter 04-07)

2008-10 Graduate Assistant- South Alabama University

2011-15 Head Coach at Southeastern Illinois College

2015-17- Assistant Coach Texas A&M University Commerce

I started working with an AAU team when I was 21 and I would train a lot of their players.

I was a standout point guard at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi for four years and was a college Head Coach at Southeastern Illinois for 5 years.

There are two ways we can start.

1. Tell me exactly what you want. And I'll create a plan

2. I have a workout with a variety of drills and then I'll see what needs to be worked on

All ages. All positions

The advice I would give is if they can't show you exactly what needs to be done then it's not great training. Some trainers just bark out orders. I will actually sweat just as hard as you during a workout

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How good do they want to be? If playing college ball is your inspiration then the workouts need to be constructed in such a manner.
