About Steven
New to the area and eager to help anyone that is interested. My training focuses more on skill development, along with fitness and endurance. Training is for all skill levels (beginners - elite). I’m a middle school head coach and I coach AAU in the summer at the high school level (ages 15-17). I work on players strengths and weaknesses at a detailed level. I love teaching the “why’s” of basketball over the “how’s”. Understanding the strategic side of basketball makes the skill side much easier to learn.
