About Michael
Youth is my Passion , "Success over Failure" is the motto. Failure is a mindset that we as people must get out of. Success can be 3 Three steps tomorrow because you took Two today.
My name is Michael Neal. I've been coaching and training athletes since I've graduated High School in 2006. My drive , my passion, my love for the youth is what drives me to make sure they get all the information and techniques that they deserve.
That a great question. What do I enjoy about it. Hmmmmmm? I enjoy the drive in their eyes. The energy not want to quit. The eagerness to learn and keep pushing. I enjoy the fact once the archive their goal and they come back and said coach thanks for everything. Seeing them become better men and women through life. I want them to succeed in life rather than fail. There success is my success, their failure is my failure.
