About Justine

Owned and operated by Coach Justin who is a strength and conditioning coach who is passionate about basketball development. UNO Training is a skill based basketball training program that helps improve ball handling, shooting, attacking, footwork, defense, IQ and movement patterns. Justin has played in numerous leagues and tournaments all over. He uses the experience and knowledge he gained over the years to help young players develop and grow their game. He specializes in shooting form correction. Justin is also a veteran of the US Army and uses his military experience in his training sessions by instilling attention to detail, discipline and strong willpower to be able to do anything you put your mind to.

I got started by learning how to play again after tearing my ACL and I fell in love with the process of developing skills old and new through hard work and dedication.

Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. 13 years of basketball experience with 4 years of military experience .
