About Paige
Hi! I love working with basketball athletes of all ages to help them achieve their goals. I am a former DIII collegiate player and have been training athletes for 4 years now. I started out training my teammates and now I work with individual clients in the Denver area. I make a detailed plan for every session and track progress by recording performance on specific drills. I played point guard but have always been a huge student of the game so I can train any position. I work on qualities such as shooting form, ball handling, finishing, footwork, defensive footwork, change of pace, off ball movement, shooting off the dribble, handling the ball in pick and rolls, setting screens, and more. I prioritize decision making and game-like drills so what we're practicing can really translate over to games. I love connecting with my clients on a personal level and making sure our sessions are not only productive but fun as well. I have a degree in exercise science and am also involved in strength and conditioning so I approach my sessions from a perspective of wanting to improve the physical skills/qualities that are necessary for the player's position. I love working with athletes 1-on-1 but also enjoy group sessions. I look forward to growing my client base and helping athletes get better.
