About Sheeck

I am a College/High School Varsity player development coach that will teach proper shooting technique, ball handling, scoring moves, Basketball IQ, proper footwork, balance, core strenghtening and more. I have trained various High school, College, and professional players!

I enjoy giving back to young athletes and watching them apply the techniques in game situations which in turn, help further their basketball endeavors.

Over 18 Years of coaching basketball and over 15 years of training basketball.

About the lesson

I always like to do an evaluation and chart new clients. This allows me to know what level of training the client can begin with.

Perfect! Coach Sheeck is an amazing basketball coach and mentor to my son. He is extremely knowledgeable and can explain and show how techniques are used in game settings. After a few months of training with Coach Sheeck, I saw my son’s improvement with his shooting, ball handling and defense moves in games. I love that my son listens to him and work on getting better. Coach Sheeck always provide encouragement and is available for questions from the parents. We love him so much; my niece now trains with him as well.

Perfect! Coach Morris takes the time to understand my son’s weaknesses and does not rush him. I like the fact that he talks to him after each session, touching on what they did that day and giving him advice on how to improve. He’s available to talk to us as parents and listen to any of our concerns. We are very happy with our decision to work with coach Morris.

Coach is the most patient trainer we've come across. He's very detailed and teaches in a way that helped my son learn how to play the game the right way. We've been coming to him for 4 years now! My son is a freshman in High school this year and made the JV team. Thank you Coach Sheeck!!!!

I have used Skill Set 1 on 1 training for my son and daughter for four years now. The pro level techniques and basketball IQ taught in the training have yielded tremendous results for my kids. My son is now playing college basketball and still works with Skill Set 1 on 1 during his off season. My daughter was just honored with a selection to the CalHiSports All-State basketball team as a junior in high school. Both kids played on California state championship high school teams. I highly recommend Skill Set training!!
