About Myles
Hello! My name is Myles Jones and I am the head trainer at Effortless Hoops where we believe basketball should be effortless! In my lifetime I have competed against over 10 plus NBA players, a handful of overseas professionals, and countless Division one, two, and three hoopers. I have also been trained by some of the best basketball trainers in the world, that have equipped me with the unbelievable knowledge and skill set that I have today. I know what it feels like to receive scholarship offers, and play in sold out arenas. It’s my job to help you achieve your personal goals, whether it’s to make it to the NBA/WNBA, or if you’re someone just looking to get a nice cardio workout in! I am open to training all age groups and genders. I am also open to training anywhere if the commute to my gym isn’t feasible. Text (concealed information) or email: (concealed information) to book a session!
