About Mike
As you all know training should be a year-round thing. Im looking for willing & coachable participants(almost any age) that need that extra push/motivation/training to get to the next level.
I’ve been playing & practicing basketball for over 35 years. It’s one of my first LOVES. But for the past 10 years(7 as a high school coach) I’ve been focused on training & helping the youth gain skills & knowledge of the game of basketball.
I love to play the game. But as I’ve gotten older I realized how much I loved to teach the game. It turned into me realizing how much I love to train & help others prepare for the game. I currently coach high school basketball at the University Liggett school in Grosse Pointe.

Typically, I try to find out what the athlete wants to improve on, show them some things that might help them, then try to add it to their workout.
I’ve worked with beginners & advanced kids & teens. I’m open to both. I just want them to be able to listen & put the effort in.
I recently was able to witness one of my female trainees sign & accept an athletic scholarship to a 4 year college.
