About Daquan

Have you ever been told you were “too small” or “too wide” to play basketball? As you later found out , that’s not true! We ,at Heart Over Height specialize in making footwork as efficient as possible so no matter how small or wide you are. You’re able to succeed in the game of basketball. I know personally what it’s like to be called too small, I also know what it’s like to average 25 points and they said I couldn’t do it. After proving them wrong it was time to prove to myself that I can play with anyone. I then started playing pro basketball in 2013 for the Calgary Crush with some of Canada’s best players. During the year , I started training ball players ranging from 29 year old women to 8 year old children. The feeling I get from seeing them advance in their own personal goals is the capacity of my happiness. It makes me wake up every morning and wonder , who can I make better today other than myself.
