About Jose
Hello, my name is Jose Jackson. I am a hands-on trainer that focuses on the growth and development of players on and off the court. I provide a free consultation; I like to come to a game to evaluate or we can watch film. We can communicate on a day-to-day basis, and I provide progress reports as well. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, certified in CPR and First Aid, have a degree in Physical Education, and I have been a High School basketball coach for the past 5 years in St. Louis, Missouri. I was student athlete running track, playing football and basketball. I have trained players before and after practice and spent many hours perfecting my kraft. I am also an educator and have worked in the school system from elementary to high school, so I have experience working with all skill levels. My passion for working with the youth and love for sports makes me a perfect fit. I have a goal to one day own my own training facility.
