About Marquise
My service is unique because I break everything down to the basics and build it back up. I take my time and see where the weaknesses in your game are and really drill those spots to make you into a complete player. I dont do miracles but if you come in and work as hard as i am for you results will always follow. I work on everything from your mind, body and spirit. Your mind I work on so you can be strong through adversity and learn how to get through situations where you fail. The Spirit is so important because if your not in a good place mentally and with your spirit you cant play any sport well. Frankly if you're not enjoying what you're doing you shouldn't be doing it. Your Body we work on so you can be in shape, able to absorb contact, and stay injury free.
I have been training athletes of all ages for 10 years for AAU teams, High Schools, and Colleges such as Team Michigan (2014-2019) Detroit Elite (2011-2016) Twin Ports Pride (2017-2018), Township Cowboys, (2008-2011). Ferndale High School, Detroit Mumford, Detorit Northwestern, Superior High, Solon Springs high, Northwestern High,Duluth Marshall, Hurley High, Ironwood, this list goes on.
I enjoy the grind and progress i'm able to see when working with clients that just want to get better and see results. My passion is to see others doing better and accomplishing their goals. I dont have a specific thing I enjoy because I enjoy everthing I do from the gym to the hardwood.
I'm a high school Coach for Duluth Marshall boys basketball team and track and field team.

I typically start off by asking them what do they want to work on. Then I do an analysis to figure out where their game is and what training would be best for them.
First they should figure out is it something that they really want to do as far as putting in the time and money because training and being good at something is an investment it takes time, money, sacrifice so thats something to think about. When it comes to hiring someone that does what I do make sure that they are just as invested as you. Not letting you go through the motions as well as picking you up when you need it. Their passion should be felt because in the end for a trainer helping kids it shouldnt be about the money it should be about the passion for the sport and helping a kid reach his goals.
