About Keith

I have owned my own basketball skills development company, Swish Training, since 2012. Several of the clients I have trained throughout the years have went on to play college level basketball. In addition, I have helped clients develop their skills to play over seas, as well. I have worked with clients at beginner to advance levels. I train all ages.

I enjoy the process of seeing my athletes grow overtime through hard work and the satisfaction of helping them achieve their goals.

When I graduated college my passion for the game of basketball was still there and I started working with kids at a local gym. I soon realized that helping kids achieve their goals and becoming better athletes was something I loved and was fulfilling.

I played four years of college basketball on a full athletic scholarship. I received All Pacific Coast Conference Honors as a freshman during my college years in Texas. I played for Wayland Baptist University.

English

Typically the first session I evaluate the athletes strengths and weaknesses to better understand how to develop a program for the specific athlete. Training sessions usually consist of fundamentals, footwork, ball handling, shooting, and overall basketball IQ. I create personalized training sessions as each athlete has different areas of development.

I have worked with students that were just starting out all the way up to college and pro level players.
