About Anthony
This unique training system is geared to set players apart from their peers. This is a very intense training program that will improve your footwork, aggressiveness, shooting, ball handling, conditioning and basketball IQ.
The reward is to see children achieve thier goals. Starting from being able to dribble to being able to dunk. Another rewarding feeling is to see the skills your train actually used in game situations.
I have been training for 15 years .
I am a certified impossible trainier. I have worked with some of the top players in Nyc. I have also train many pro players and a few nba players.

I like to see what skills a new talent needs help with. The 1st work out will be hard but it will also have a few things ti help me determine what skills a player needs to improve on.
I start from the age of 5 and train up to a pro level

Perfect! Although it was my first time with Coach Anthony, I can already see what I'm going to be like in the future. If you need a coach that puts pressure on you that wants to make you better, Anthony is the guy

Anthony Lopez is absolutely an Amazing, World Class Trainer! From his first rate training, to his overall knowledge of the game...nobody is better! My son LOVES the way Coach Anthony challenges him, and pushes him to be the best player he can be! If you want the BEST...Look no further!
Coach Tone is a phenomenal coach, teacher and Trainer. My son will not miss a Coach Tone workout, challenging and motivating. My son earned all conference psaa last year.
Anthony has been training both my sons in basketball for about a year now. They have grown tremendously physically and most importantly mentally. I give the most praise and respect to Coach Tone he works the boys hard showing them the fundamental and necessary tools to be the best player they can be.
