About Rex

We stand out because we are the leads in not only baseball instruction, but overall preperation for the aspring athlete. We use proven methods via strength and conditioning, combined with skill based teachings to inspire growth in our athletes.

Beyond the physical gains your athlete will make, they will also become a better person through training with us. Character is everything to us.

We are still a fairly new company, but what we have had great success in a short amount of time.

If you are wanting to become a better athlete and overall person, Legion Sports is the way to go!

I love the energy I get to come with when helping someone. I believe its neccessary to be a players "hype man" when they are trying new things. I know how easy it is to get discouraged so its important that we encourage and educate without 'babying' them too much. At all times i want to inspire others to continue pushing themselves forward, and once they finally get it, that's the moment i live for.

CPT Certification,  Strength and Conditioning Certification,  20+ years in baseball, Played professionally for 1 year, have coached for 5+ years

Typically we begin with introductions and gauging an understanding of what the athlete wants to accomplish.  We then go over where they feel flawed in and what they hope to improve upon. From there we move into setting a preliminary program based on the previous information given, and adjust the path from there.
