About Kierstan
I graduated from Shenandoah University in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. I have passed the PRAXIS exam for teaching High School Biology, Anatomy, and Middle School Science. I am a current 7th grade life science teacher. I have a passion for working with students and helping them see the importance and excitement of learning science.
I love to help students not only know the information but how to discover new things about what they are learning. I feel that being able to connect school content to real life is a great way to help students understand and retain the information that they need to learn.
Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Shenandoah University.
A current MS Science teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools.
Passed PRAXIS for Biology and MS Science.
