About Lacey
I am a high school Science Teacher, I currently teach Biology, Environmental Sciences, and Experimental Sciences. I have experience working with and teaching all age groups from 4 to 18.
Since I was young, I always wanted to be a teacher. When I went to collegeI joined the Uteach teacher prep program at my university and I fell in love with teaching even more. After Graduation I started working at a local high school.
I have two Bachelors, one in Biology and one in Natural Sciences. I attened a four year teacher prep program and I am certified to teach Biology grades 6-12. I am currently working on completing my masters in Curriculum and instruction.

Before working with a new student, I would like to know what areas the student needs help improving. Additionally, in order to tailor my tutoring, I would like to disucss with the student their preffered method of learning.
I have worked with students of all ages from 4 to 18 and of all types. For two years I worked at an alternative highschool with students who were struggling in their public schools. I have also worked specifically with young children who suffer from ADD and ADHD.
