About Rich

Boxing is an Art mixed with the brutality and I love to see students progress in their ability and self defense as well as gain added respect to the "Art of Boxing". My motto is to teach Boxing as long as it's only used for sport or defense of one's self or others.
After cruising thru all the PE Boxing classes at W.S.U. I got to teach my own PE Boxing class for the University.
Being an undefeated ring fighter, I've also taught PE Boxing at Washington State University as well as being trained for three full years by Dr. Robert Doornink, a guru who gave boxing clinics to the military as well as a heavyweight champion. Since then I've trained numerous successful fighters in boxing as well as MMA.
