I teach boxing from step one to the end . I enjoy the process of watching someone master the skill set
Having someone hungry to learn achieve their goal. Watching someone advance from Zero skill up the skill chart
just taught friends wrote articles and enjoyed helping people sort out real training form the garbage that’s out there
I was a Bigh School strength and Cknditioning coach and have been boxing for the past 30 years
