• 2015 Women's Fitness Throwdown champion

• 2016 - present Head Boxing instructor for Coors Core Fitness

• Certified Fitness Trainer for Parkinson's

• Certified C.P.R 2017

• 2017 Open my own business ( The Cincinnati Trainer L.L.C)

• Currently under study for A.C.E Certificate by A.C.E instructor Lisa Coors owner of Coors Core Fitness.
