About Mark

I'm certified through USA boxing, as bronze level coach. No plan specifically geared towards students. No workout is the same. Affordable and very flexible schedule.

I love boxing. Training, watching, learning new techniques, I just love everything about boxing. I love to help people get in shape and learn self-defense and build better confidence

I used to box when I was younger. I was asked to come back and help out by my old coaches. I started coaching competitively in 2016.

I recently took a couple of fighters to the Olympic trials qualifications in OH in 2019. We can up short and had some injuries but I learned a lot. Met and studied with coaches from around the world.
