About Angela

I can honestly say I love what I do. It doesn’t feel like work to me. I enjoy helping people and make it as fun as possible while doing so. Each program is tailored to each individual client.

If you have any ailments or injuries, I will work with your doctor or physical therapist to keep you on track with your recovery.

I really enjoy helping people feel better, move better and feel more confident about themselves.
