About Tony
My essential focus is on helping clients transform their bodies and reach desired goals. In addition my group or one on one training will challenge your muscles in an unconventional way. Typical strength training attempts to build and sculpt the body with an outdated approach such as sitting motionless on a machine while moving one remote body part through a controlled range of motion. Again this is "typical" the one thing will not get with my training. Based on the location and your goals our workouts will vary greatly.
My interest in training began with my personal experience in collegiate athletics. I played basketball at the University of Hawaii. I returned to basketball in China, establishing my own international training business.

Although its a group session, Tony trains and pushes each individual to his or her maximum potential, but not beyond it. Its consistently a serious workout, but it changes with each class and never becomes routine. Also, it's fun! Even though it's challenging work, we always have plenty of laughs with Tony.
