About Paul
I work with young adults and seniors 55+ I am a certified instructor, coach and a senior myself. I understand the physical and mental demands of training young adults and the challenges associated with all age groups.
Simply put. I enjoy the relationships established and the accomplishments of assisting people in becoming fit, healthy and well beings on any level. My belief is that just as we must eat food to sustain life. We must endeavor to grow and feed ourselves from the garden of exercise, and treat it as our food for the health of the body, doing so to enjoy life !!
I am a Exercise Science degreed professional, Group Fitness Instructor (youth, seniors, and at risk demographics). I hold certifications as a Personal Trainer, Physical Therapy Asst. First Aid Instructor (teach others), Parkinsons Exercise and Cancer Exercise instruction.
