About Josh

We are not just another cardio boxing class. Our trainers have several years experience working with anyone from adolecents to professional fighters alike. Our "Learn while you burn" system allows you to get the sweat you want while learning proper technique as well. Understanding and executing the proper mechanics actually gets you a better work out. Our class sizes are limited to 10 people with 2 trainers per class. Maximizing the trainer to client ratio without having to pay for 1 on 1 pricing.

I started as a cardio boxing student. As my intrigue to break down and learn the mechanics of boxing instead of just getting a sweat grew, I was fortunate enough to get some expert one on one time with multi-year veter trainer's and boxers. As my skills grew, my role went from student to training partner. I started holding mitts for the same fighters that were helping me learn to throw punches. I began teaching them these fighters things that I had learned from other gyms and other trainers. We would swap training. Eventually I was swapping the cost of my membership for helping teach the boxing classes. 



I have been certified by the state of Florida's athletic commision to have worked in as professional fighter's coach, trainer, and cornerman.

We always take time to assess new client both athletically as well as knowledgability as to the mechanics of boxing. We'll explain the steps at a pace that works for your learning ability and ramp up the pace to get workout you desire as you become more comforable. Even if you've never put on a pair of gloves, we're here for you.

Details

The 1st class is on us. We offer both per class rates, as well as monthly memberships. We even like to attract new members while simultaneously helping our community. At certain times we'll accept a gift card to donation to one of our select charities in place of a drop in class cost.
