About Darius

I am a current rising Professional Boxer. My training stands out because of my hands in first hand knowledge of the sport of boxing. I began boxing as a child at the age of 13.

I've always helped my coaches teach boxing techniques to the less experienced fighters in the gym. Most boxing gyms have their experience guys help to teach other fighters

Starting with the basic fundamentals of boxing, progress to the next steps as each fundamental has been learned

Fitness students, children, and amateur fighters

Be sure that you research the trainer to ensure he knows a great deal about boxing. A lot of ppl claim to be boxing trainers and former fighterswhen they were never trainers or fighters

I'm fond of watching a 15 year old amateur boxer that I have co-trained win his first amateur bout

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should have their objectives for training in boxing decided upon. For example; boxing fitness training, self defense, amateur boxing, professional boxing. Depending upon your intent the workouts vary so the trainer would need to know what your intent is in order to adequately train you for your specific need and or desire
