Great and knowledgeable trainer. Takes you step by step teaching you the basics of boxing. I have train with other trainers but they only want to charge and do the same exercises over and over it's like I know how to do a push up or a sit up. Now Im confident I can defend myself Grrrr!!! :)

Sal made it fun but it was not easy losing 20 pounds because of all the workouts he does and the mitt work is no joke. I though I was training for a fight lol!

I been training with Sal for a month now and it was hard in the beginning adjusting to my new nutrition and now I feel better about myself because of the workouts he does and now I can say I know what to do to defend myself. Been training with Sal for over 6 months now and all I can say is that the way he teaches is phenomenal. Takes his time teaching when I don't understand or can't do a jab, punch. He manages to find other ways to make it easier and fun. Price is cheap since I use to pay 150 for 3 classes to another trainer and I didn't get to learn a darn thing so I had to start over and now I feel confident about myself.

Training with Sal was a good experience and I learned that boxing is not a game. Much respect to the box and to all who want to learn.

Many trainers charge over $80 an hr and now that's too much. I found this trainer through a friend and I love him $30 an hour is super cheap and now I'm starting to get better at boxing. Thanks Sal :)

By far the best fitness training ever experienced throughout my entire life!!! Not only did I learn how to properly lift weights, I also learned how to diet correctly!!! And remember, NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!!!

Sal is amazing- not only does he come up with amazing circuits in boxing that leaves me sore for a week. I have horrible coordination with balance and can't keep a tempo but he manages to teach me step by step and has lots of patiences. He knows when something hurts and doesn't try to work around it instead he has me rolled out tight spots and has me do stretches then it makes me feel better and I have better range of motion.

I use to work out at a gym but wouldn't see results then I met Sal cool dude and funny. He tough me about nutrition, different forms of cardio and boxing I went from weighing 230 to 190 in less than a year it was tough but worth it. I couldn't thank him enough I now have a different prospective of life and love working out. Thanks Sal

I was able to have a personal training session with Sal last week. He created a work out routine that would focus on the areas I am working on. He showed me how to do each set and corrected me when I wasn't doing them correctly. If I needed more coaching on a set he would pause the timer and model how to do them correctly. Towards the end of the workout I was very tired and he supported my knees as I did my last set of planks and encouraged me to not give up. I was encouraged during my entire session and I look forward to working with him again.
