About NELSON
I not only train my clients in physical fitness and boxing, I also mentor them in this hectic world, if needed. I love to teach as it has always been my passion. I am an excellent listener it is one of my superpowers.
Boxing and fitness are spiritual passions of mine. I enjoy sharing my wisdom of combining spiritual, mental and physical fitness.
During a sickle cell crisis my wife saw my depression of limited ability to continue as a professional and she suggested because of my nurturing nature that I should teach.
I have over 30 years of experience. I am a retired professional boxer. I am certified in psychology and sociology. I am happily married with children.

My typical process involves basic fundamentals, how to throw punches, balance, foot work, cardio and weight lifting upon request. I determine if the student would like to know the science and art of boxing or go all the way to competition.
