About Caroline

I love to see people enjoy their training reach their goal and satisfied at the end of the session. See the improvement is the best moment for me.

my got my first certification in France it was a personal training certificate I worked in thé fitness gym during 17 years and teach different fitness class and also help athlete to prepare their competition with a personal program. I also have a Muay Thai certification referee and judge too.

I had a title in United states and Thailand silver medal for the world championships WMF.

I'm still studying to improve my level and pass an exam in United States to have the best level

The life can be frustrated and people need to relax , evacuate stress And giving yourself a moment is important. Sometimes you just need to feel confident and I love working on it.

I use different kind of tool depend on my student and what he likes or not .for boxing I use pads belt...
