About JT
I am a nationally certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise. I hold 2 of the highest boxing certifications. I have been training for over a year and a half and excel in client relations and meeting clients goals.
Helping clients get in shape or find a new passion, such as boxing, is an exciting part of my job! I find it rewarding to help others meet their goals, and establish their confidence.
