We offer all potential new students a FREE fitness assessment. Our INBODY scan helps us determine how often you need to exercise AND helps us track your progress. There is no point in paying for gym membership unless you are making progress.
We work with all people who are cleared to begin exercise. From top level boxers to obese individuals to your average person.
Hire a trainer who is accredited and is knowledgeable. There are many fake trainers who got an online certificate looking for a quick buck. Not us, all of our trainers are thouroughly screened!
