About Andrei
My focus is to create a specific workout for each client. I have various techniques from total body workouts to boxing. My goals are my clients goals. I am also determined to make sure each person is giving it’s best for gaining a healthy body that they always wanted to have. Impossible is not the word I use very often as I believe that anyone can accomplish their goals with hard work. This comes from my own work ethics and accomplishments. I did train myself to win in top 5 place as Best Bodybuilding in age group of 32 years competition in my 40’s. I believe that a healthy hard work is keeping us younger and live longer and I am ready to share this with you.
