We work from day one at max day two with contact. Boxing will be as easy as walking to you it will become your habit, you fun easy to do habit.
I enjoy knowing that we are on higher ground than 90 percent of the people walking around. I enjoy knowing our kids are 100% bully proof. At the same time our bodies are youthful, healthy & trim.
