About Marcus

Hello my name is Marq, I'm currently a football coach for a youth program have been for the past 8 years. I've played football myself at every level except professional so I've seen alot and taught alot in this field. Boxing I started when I was 13 and kept going until I was 21 from there I trained a little in other disciplines in order to add more to my skill set and that is how I train people who want to box. My training methods are really hard at times and unique but wether it's boxing or football I get you good results.

The thing I enjoy most is simply helping people. I've helped a lot of people from children to adults. I love seeing people confidence raised because of the training they've endured.

Boxing and fighting disciplines nothing more than the experience of being A student myself for years. 

Football Im a certified USA football coach. Have been for 4 of the 8 years I've been coaching.

Sporting goals and their position 

Once we establish those things I start them with light workouts and drills to see what their current limit is. From there I help them break past those limits by challenging them while getting them to their goals.

Details

Boxing and/or fitness training: 

(All ages 7-adult)

Option 1: $25.00 per session (2 HR) 

Option 2: $15.00 per session (1 HR) 

Fitness and Boxing can attend as much as you like. Will make deals or packages for loyal and dedicated clients.

Football training: 

(Ages 8-18)

Bundle: $100.00 for 8 sessions (2 a week, 2hrs each) [save $60]

Option 2: $20.00 per session (must attend at LEAST 6)

The most you can attend football sessions is 8 per month. That's 2 a week. ( otherwise it's kind of a waste of time.)
