About Troy

I've been training 18yrs in various martial arts. However there's none like Jiu-Jitsu/Catch Wrestling & Boxing and the Silat Principles I combine with in them both for Self-Defense in gun/knife attack/defense. Currently I hold a Brown Belt in BJJ under Omar Cruickskank & Catch Wrestling and Silat/Boxing from Bill Bryan by way of Dan Santos.

Helping people gain confidence inphysical appearance thru weight reduction and metal & physical toughness thru martial arts.

I got started teaching when my. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teacher moved to another gym and asked if i could help out with teaching. Since that point on I grew as a teacher winning tournaments and MMA fights based off my curriculum.

I've been training in martial arts for 18 years & each field posted here for more than 10 years. I'm ranked and certified in each ine of them to teach.
