About Christopher

I train from the ground up, and stress proper form and technique at every level while working at your pace with patience and competence.

I love the sense of accomplishment that comes with seeing my students progress and improve.

I have always had a passion for fitness and boxing. People have always come to me for advice and wanted to learn from me so I decided it was time to turn what I love into a career

I boxed for 3 years as an exhibition fighter and carried an undefeated record. I also study fitness and nutrition for personal training certification courses

About the lesson

Get to know them personally and see what their goals are in training, then build a custom lesson plan for them based on their desire.

I currently train a few college age students and one 15 year old but age isn't a factor

always keep in mind that in this industry you get what you pay for

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
undertand what your needs and desires are then decide if you’re ready to get serious about it
